We’re experiencing some problems with our customer support email address. Your emails are coming through, but much more slowly than usual.

We’re working on a solution to this now and we’re confident we’ll fix it soon. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes you and thanks for your patience while we solve this issue.

Because of the heavy snow in Scotland, our customer support team is working with a reduced number of staff. We will answer as many of your calls and emails as we can, but it’s likely that the volume of enquiries will vastly outnumber the resource we have today.

Just to let you know we’ve had a message from our fabulous customer support team. If you’ve been having difficulties getting through this could be why -
