I have sofar found my great grandfather but I would like to get mor about the family 1911 cencus had him living in Cinderford, but I would like to find his father as I think he also came from that area.
James Morgan was born 1879 in Newent Gloucestershire His wifes maden name was Annie Dyer born in Cinderford 1879 daughter of William and Hannah Dyer. born in wiltshier in 1841 and 1840. this is all the information that I have managed to find.
Dear James,
I believe I have found the parents of James 1879 in the 1881 census.
They lived at Small Brook, Kington,Hereford. I believe his mother was
a widow. Sarah Pugh formerly Griffiths. Her father William as a widower was living with them aged 69, also local born.James’father was John Morgan born 1854.He married Sarah at Hereford December Quarter 1874 6a/1015. Use the new Find Your Past marriage index to find James.
